I honestly cannot think of a better job to have than being a wedding photographer - an artsy entrepreneur, as I like to call it! My life is one big never ending wedding! I get to dream, plan, imagine and capture the best day of your life. A lot of time is spent with my clients going over their vision, style, likes and dislikes, perfect photo locations, make up and hair, the dress, the shy groom... We chat about it all and when the big day comes, you know that we won't miss a thing - the planned and the spontaneous, the laughter and the tears! My husband and I have worked together for years. We have a seamless, unspoken connection. We are each other's doubles. I believe this is key in achieving true wedding photojournalistic coverage. We were so fortunate to have Mariana and Morne as our photographers. They have managed to capture our special day just as we remember it "Wonderful, magical and Our dream"
When we got our photos back it was quite emotional looking at them, they have caught so many moments that we didnt even realise they were around.
